Nice hunt. I've never seen the GI JOE Tiger Paw in store. Cool to see it in a Target. When I went to the GI JOE Con in Indy, I hit the stores on the way and back from the con. I remember finding a POC Jungle BAT at a Walgreens in Port Washington that time I went to the JOE CON

most cases yes, the chase is much rarer.. its essentially called a chase because people will "chase after the variant"

When you buy toys for people do you gift them the toy, or do they pay you back with what you bought it for?

for my group, we just get what we paid, or we trade up for equal value (if I paid 15 for an item, and they paid 15, its a wash) This should be the rule in any group of friends.
