Time to open another box of knock-off figures and these dudes are my new favorites. This line hedges all bets by crossing Star Wars with the Black Hole and Star Trek into a delicious stew of unlicensed hilarity!

These days "knock offs" are called "Third Party". They cost at least twice as much as the toy they're stealing the likeness from and collectors will argue to the death that they are better than the company they're stealing from.

Good video. YES I do like the knock offs! I want a 8" Mego Iron Man and I thought of building one from a Star Trek Q body, he already has red hands so I just need the outfit and head. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

I think the appeal of knockoff toys is thier rarity. You cannot find them easily which makes them cool. I think if these knockoffs were common place they would lose their charm.
