@@dougm659 He has his LesPauls built at Fernandes Custom Shop in Japan. BTW you may be able to buy some of his old Gibsons, like the #2 1957 LP Custom through the Guita Craft website... But when you'll be told he wants €4000 for his Fender Champ used on the records with Brian Eno or €5000 for the Jazz Chorus used on 80's LPs, you may not consider going further... BTW, you can easily find luthiers, especially some French ones, with 65-100+ years old swietenia mahogany, one of mines also has a 1895 Brazilian rosewood... He won't copy a 1957 or 1959 LP for you, he'll only be interested if you want to do something MUCH better. At the present day, he rejects solid-body orders but you can always opt for his L-series, which are super-luxurious one of a kind instruments never to be replicated, usually, you can plan to spend at least €7000 in such thing... But if you consider a one piece body LP with semi-neckthru construction, crazy electronics and/or freaking finish with a super ergonomized body, then you surely may get the 65y Hondurian mahogany and 1895 Brazilian rosewood... BTW, he did a guitar for Blackmore with 250y old woods... He's more known by bassists wit clients like Abe Laboriel Sr, Alain Caron, Marcus Miller, but, since I play both guitar and bass, I can tell you I 💘 my Leduc guitars as much as my basses... leduc.fr/index.php/series-l As one of the Masterpiece guitars has been upgraded as a L-series and mine also has seriously insane custom features, I'm considering to ask him if he accepts to do so and actually, do a few upgrades, but... Particularly Mr. Fripp, who for ages projected the image of the ultimate self-serous musician. You don't suddenly develop a sense of humor at the age of sixty, you have to have it in you since birth. Fripp simply never publicly displayed it, and it took this particular dynamic to show it off. And he plays the part of the straight man to great comedic effect.
