☆Features☆
● By mechanically performing the check ring operation, which was uncontrolled until now, depending on the resin pressure, it has become possible to eliminate unstable elements (closed time difference) at the time of injection.
● By preventing backflow of resin during checking operation, it contributes to improving the repetition stability of filling volume and filling pressure during continuous molding.
☆Implementation method☆
● It is possible to install it on standard machines by adding an operation program to our injection molding machine and changing it to three check points dedicated to SRC-III.
