My room rate also included a daily breakfast buffet. There was a selection of onigiri, small rolls/croissants, and various small items like sausage, eggs, stir-fried vegetables/meats, and miso soup. Coffee, tea, juice, and water were also available.
The coin laundry room is open 24 hours and has 4 washers and 4 dryers. A wash costs JPY 200. Detergent is available for JPY 30. The dryers are JPY 100 per 10 minutes.

There is also plenty of space under the bed to store your luggage or shopping bags, however, it was a little dusty. If you wish to store things under the bed, I would request a good vacuuming under the bed first!
