Worked perfect. All the other videos I watched didn’t work. Came across yours and it went through the first time. Thanks good work!

Would this method work on a push to start, like a 2011 avalon?

I don't think so. All keys lost you just do an immo box reset and then add the keys.

Generally speaking, the EEPROMs on the Toyota and Lexus ECUs and black box immobilizers are labeled as one of the following: IC2, IC3, or IC900. There are some exceptions: for example, the 97-98 Camry may have IC499.

I used to do the same like you, but it couldn't work, then I written bin file version error (error code 4096) in that case what can I do to solve it?

If it doesn't read it at all it could be a bad eprom chip. Only way to know for sure is to remove the chip and put it in the reader and try like that. Sometimes the clip doesn't work

I’m working on a rx300. I’m able to read the chip, make a key via dump, and write the chip but when I plug in the ecu the security light still flashes and the car won’t start. Any idea what’s up? I’m using 508s and xp400.
