Late to this upgrade party, but took advantage of diode dynamics Father’s Day sale and got the interior light kit, with the addition of license plate and puddle lights. The difference is amazing. Also, luckily for me, the kit had the lights separated by location, so install was a breeze (even the puddle lights). Will do the fog lights when the existing ones die out

Great video! I installed the interior lights from Cali Raised LED. I am very, VERY inept when it comes to anything automotive. I followed Jason's instructions and installed the interior lights without much issue. Recommend buying a set of interior pry tools before starting. I "dulled" the one provided by Cali Raised about a 1/3 of the way through. Based on the video, I went ahead and swapped out the license plate lights too. The interior lights are dramatically brighter than the halogen ones too! Amazingly bright. So much better for reading maps, finding black bottle tops dropped on floor mats, key fobs between the seats, etc. Very pleased!

The new lights look great! Quick shout out to VLEDs in Bellingham. I upgraded my Tundra's headlights, bed light and interior lights with their bulbs and everything was perfect. Also gotta give you a high five for the Donut Yota's Tacos tee... I now have the "theme song" stuck in my head again haha

OK, I have just ordered a 2022 4Runner and I am wondering it there is still a key hole on the drivers door on these new Toyota cars. I had to instantly think of if the battery is dead in the SUV and how I can get in it to open the hood.

Totally off topic but how do you find the bug shield works? Also thanks for turning me on to DD, I think I'm going to go with them over BD if they let me know it'll work in the Bison (obviously, not the 4runner specific one). I'll let them know you sent me.

Bummer! Diode Dynamics has a Colorado kit but in the fine print it says that it's not compatible with the Bison package. I know Baja Designs makes SAE legal versions of the lights Chris installed on his truck.

I spoke to DD (and mentioned this video lol) and they said they weren't confident it would fit without some work (and there would be a gap) but they do offer a drop in replacement LED which is 1600 Lm. I think I'm going to go this route to start and pair it with the 18" LED spot bar. Probably also do SS3's for ditch lights and some of their smaller LED pods for camp lighting. All for the price of 1 Baja LED bar!

Did you aim the fogs down, just installed mine last night and left a gap at the bottom about the size of a dime, drove to work in the dark this morning and holy cow! These things are like super high beams! Don’t want to piss anyone off Lol.
