I have the 2022 model. The down key button doesn’t open windows with a long press but the up button does close them

All dependant on country and spec of vehicle some do some don't

It's not standart, but you can unlock that feature in the dealership, or you can do it yourself using a OBD2 tool.

Toyota dealership can enable it for you. Standard it is disabled.

My 2006 Honda Accord will roll all of the windows up and down with the key fob, as well. If you press and hold the unlock button all of the windows will roll down and vise-versa if you press and hold the lock button. However, I no longer have a key fob so I have to do it with the key in the door lock or wait til I start the car and roll the windows up or down with the button on the driver door!!!

If you read the pinned comment it says depends on spec and location if you don't have it then it's regional or pov spec

You will first need to unlock the car by reactivating the key fob by pressing any button, then the key will function as normal again.
