While this supercharged version is very rare. Toyota sold many of these without the supercharger as private cars. Where I live, many have been imported over the years. They are a shorter wheelbase than the taxi variant. The backdoors and rear passenger foot wells is shorter.

The manual says it's a driving school car, so it may be based on a car from a driving school. However, the driving school car did not have a supercharger. It may have been modified by TRD.

Only toyota slaps a supercharger to their most pedestrian power plant. The same ppl that offered a supercharger for the 1zz. Finding one of those superchargers is hard and the average price for one is 3 times the price of a working corolla with a 1zz.
