How much should I pay a mechanic to do this for me? I don't have a jumpbox, but the rest is easy. I just can't do tthe wire stuff at the very end.

Shouldn’t be hard u can also go but the small battery 9v from store

Mechanic might not do it because he wount know if widow motor work unless he open it he might just charge u regardless depends on their rate but like $90 regardless it works or not better to also just fix the issue

No you might have somthing stuck in the window rail or need lubercation open the panel up check it out somthing is getting stuck can be the regulator also. And check to see if the base of window is loose
