Never would have been approved in Europe, after a collision the metal is considered too weak for another impact, structural integrity is compromised, all chassiparts are either replaced or car is scrapped.

Well those area are the "Crumple Zones", it aren't going to Crumple next time it get hit again.... By the newspaper used to cover the car, it is printed in simplified Chinese. I presume this is done in mainland China... only place they will allow this kind of repair... Just make it looks good....

هيه هاي اكلاوات الشركات سوو السيارات عباره عن قواطي باقل طخه يصيرن عجين ولله شنو المعدن القوي مايمتص الصدمه ويئذي الركاب سويناه معدن رقيق خفيف حته يمتص الصدمه وميئذي الركاب اي معدن السيارات القديمه كان معدنه اقوى واجمل ولاكن ينقصهن ايرباكات فقط ويصيرن امتن سيارات ومتكاملان وحته لو كان الحادث عله سرعات عاليه الامان راح يكون عالي للسياره وللركاب من بعد حفظ لله وتوفيقه

İş bilenin kılınç kuşananın sözü boşuna söylenmemiş , başka yerde olsa kaportayı düzeltmek için bu kadar uğraşmak yerine macunu atar geçerlerdi , aracı satarkende bir bakıyorsunki bilmem kaç cm macun neden çünkü usta var ustacık var işçilikten kaçmış . 開始6秒くらいのところで、「一汽車田」というエンブレムが見えたけど、日本の話じゃ無いよね。 おそらくは中国かと思うけど・・・さすが、人件費安いんだろうかな。 手間かかかりすぎだし、安いならいざ知らず、事故車買う奴いないだろ。 わからないように隠して売られるんだろうかな・・・・怖いわ。

ただ気になるのは確かにトヨタの作業着着てるけど中国かな、外国なんだよね。修理精度は日本よりも劣ってそう。 実際のディーラーかどうかも怪しい。あとここまで事故してると完全にフレームにダメージ入ってるため走行に支障が出るから乗りたくないなぁ。 見た目の完全再現は見事だけど。

@@マティーニ-q9h 確実に中国ですね 奥に止まってる車の青いナンバープレートが、分かりやすいかと思います。 そしてディーラーでは無く通常の修理工場かと思いますが、技術的な部分は日本と比較してとなると人によるとしか言えませんが、充分高いレベルです。逆に中国のいち修理工場でここまでの作業できるのかと驚きました。

Hello, the bottom of the trunk will be sprayed with a layer of anti-rust primer, and then a layer of chassis protection paint will be sprayed on the outside to prevent it from being hit by stones.

All this work is worth shit. Rust will appear in these repaired areas after a few months. Burnt sheet metal without factory protection in closed profiles is a disaster. You can make a sculpture out of shit - but what for?

No need to bash the US because you haven't toured a mid to high end repair shops. The US has different safety standards than Han's country of origin. For instance Han repairs UHSS and HSS of the occupant compartment zone by pounding it back to shape. Once a reinforcement is deformed by an impact the integrity of the steel is compromised and would be made worse if it were to be straightened by any repair method. The US requires these components to be replaced with Genuine New OE Service Parts.

i didnt see them applying anti rust coating inside that chassis bar where they heated that with gas welder any area that lost its rustproofing costing will eventually catch rust and worst its on chassis bar

이렇게 수리하는것은 일반 공업사에서 수리하는 방법들이고 토요타 스탠다드 방식은 아닙니다 사이드멤버(프레임)는 교환 해야 추후 사고시 강도를 확보 할수있고 실링처리는 중도처리를 한후 실리콘을 도포해야 시간이 지난후 녹이 올라오지 않습니다 중도처리를 하지 않으면 실리콘이 수분과 반응하여 응고 되기때문에 패널표면에 수분이 밀착되어 패널이 실리콘 안쪽에서 부식되기 시작 합니다

たとえ外観上完璧に修復できたとしても、 一回あのダメージを受けたら車体の強度は落ちて2回目また後部から追突してされたら、かなり酷いダメージを受けることは確か。だからこの様なじこを😂負ったら修復せずに、廃車にする方が賢い。 動画でのメカニックのテクニックは確かに高いことは確かではあるが。。

Where you cut a hole in the wheel well compartment and then welded it back up is where i have a problem, except its on the passenger side and the metal there is wrinkled up due to an accident, How would you go about fixing that?

一度曲った鉄板を元の形状にしたとしても裏のメッキや塗装は剥がれ錆が出やすいです。 それが車体下部だったら発見が遅れ終ります。 表面だけ綺麗にしてもダメです。

また板金修理した時に溶接したらそこがまた錆が発生しやすいです。その知識が無い方は修理を依頼しない方が良いです。

Maçarico em aço mais resistente, não está certo! Mexe com a têmpera do metal nesse local, deixando com menor resistência e muda efeito sanfona para uma nova colisão! Massa demais na lateral traseira(deveria ter trocado). As filmagens depois de pronto, são muito rápidas e não dá pra ver nada!!!! Deveria mostrar pelo menos as laterais afetadas, a traseira e um contexto geral da superfície feita e pintada. Mas mau dá pra olhar, e isso em todos os vídeos que vi. Mas é só a minha opinião.

Here in Spain, repairs like this are not carried out, the car usually goes straight to the scrapyard. There are several reasons: -If the insurance company declares it a total loss, they compensate the owner on the condition that the car goes to the scrapyard. -Even if the car were repaired, it would not pass the mandatory annual technical inspection because it has welds or wrinkles in the chassis, which are considered a disabling defect. If anyone visits a junkyard ins Spain, they will see that there are cars with less serious accidents than the one in the video.

Der vorherige Unfallschaden wurde sicher auch schon so hingeschminkt.Nachdem iein Einkaufswagen hineingerollt ist. Und das beste ist ja ,dass die Monteure scheinbar eine originale Toyota Arbeitskleidung tragen.. Die verbauen hochfeste Stähle und reparieren dann mit Schweißbrenner 😂.und Schutzgasschweißgerät. Die können was.🎉
