Some small ergo improvement suggestions: SDHQ makes a printed SP-9100 mount that replaces the sunglass holder so you can access the buttons easier and also not block the rear view mirror. Switch-Pros also has blank covers on the legend sheet to cover the 3 unused buttons so the light isn’t blinding at night.

I love the fact that small wheels and big tyres were used which resulted in huge sidewall which is so, so useful for the rough stuff.

Looks like a great build. You had mentioned that the client had regretted some of the heavier mods like the front arb bumper. Do you guys prefer something more slim, lightweight like the Dissent front bumper? I know it's pro's and con's and customer preference but is there one or the other you maybe push clients towards? While I appreciate the robust protection of the ARB bumper it is quite bulky, heavy and for a daily driver I don't know that it is necessary to deal with such a penalty. I guess statistically you don't get into a car accident or animal strike THAT often unless you're extremely unlucky. I go back and forth on a full ARB bumper vs a lightweight Dissent one.

Each vehicle is designed very differently per each client. We like to give options for each build and we're not tied to one manufacturer over the other. I personally like the look of Dissent over others and their build quality is very good. Once you start with a build, weight goes up quickly and we like to start with the end goal and work our way back. Hope this helps and let us know if we can be of assistance. - Tyler

Did you mention the things that you or client would change, besides lighter weight, rearrange, aux fuel tank, tires?

That's about it. Dissent and others were just coming out when this rig was built. Bumpers would have been different for weight savings and more fuel capacity is still being discussed. Hope this answers your question and Let me know if there is anything we can assist with. - Tyler

Tows 6000 #. SUVs aren't haulers. The Tundra tows up to a 12,000 # toy hauler.

Didn't mean to mislead this as a tow vehicle (which it isn't built for that), but the 2016 and newer LC 200 has a tow rating of 8000lbs and not 6000. Plenty adequate to tow a trailer if the client ever wanted to. Was there a point in this video that towing ever came up? Just trying to understand what your post is trying to highlight.

I will have an extra tank on mine when I find the one i want too... in the wheel well where the spare went-- giving me 56 gallons instead of 23... also lockers front and rear and much more.. I won't need the camping stuff though-- if I camp- I'll sleep in the vehicle.. I don't like all that stuff on them as i won't be going LONG hauls.. just short day trips normally. I'm 66- not the best health and won't be staying out long term.
