Stock Land Cruiser 200 in Moab

When I was planning a trip to Moab I couldn't find much video of nearly stock 200s in Moab. I hope this helps you.
My 200 is nearly stock and I was very happy with its performance. We covered: Fins N Things, Hell's Revenge, Dome Plateau, and Gemini Bridges. Front and rear bumpers received some scratches but nothing extreme. I do plan to trim the rear bumper in the future.
2008 Toyota Land Cruiser:
-285/75/17 BFG AT2 tires
-Westcott Designs coil spacers front and rear
-1.25 Spidertrax wheel spacers
-Budbuilt sliders with kickouts

I love seeing the stock capabilities of this rig. I use my 2013 to tow, which is often in conflict with more significant off-road mods (i.e. height and weight). Nice to see that I can still tackle some technical terrain out of the box. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah, I have the same setup on my silver 2011 LX. I should have have a spotter when I went up Elephant Hill a few weeks ago. Great vehicles.

@@KZbinBrennanB I went the day after Veterans Day and was the only one on the trail that day. The trail had a lot of challenges that made for slow going in places, and I scraped bottom in a few places and had to stack some rocks once. But that LX570 on 33s and sliders amazed me. A spotter would have made life easier, but my wife had seen Elephant Hill a few years back, and refused to go. The only problem I had was in trying to get through that 85” wide alley. My 80” wide vehicle should have made it but in trying to hug the right side my tires rode up the wall enough to tip the truck sideways and I scraped the top of the rear quarter panel. After you negotiate the hill and the squeeze box, there are several miles of soft sand cruising among some gorgeous rock formations. Bring a spotter and you will love it.

@@lillianachannel It does rub a bit. I had to trim the front fender liner a bit to make it work as well as run wheel spacers (1.5in). I need to make a video showing that as well.

This is 285/75/17 BGF K02 at 20ish psi. I think it’s reasonable to go lower but I’m plenty happy with the performance at 20.
