I have a 2021 in US and it looks a lot different when it comes to options, so yes in America they come fully loaded and with the 5.7 gasoline V8 and i love this car.

We could only get the gasoline V8s here if we opt for the LX570 :(

The LX actually was offered as a diesel as well. Dubbed the LX450d, they arrived here only via grey-market importers.

You are right about a Land Cruiser’s resale value. They are expensive even those that are already 10 years old or more. By the way, 4.5 km/l on the city isn’t too bad. My 2019 Starex gets about 5 km/l on the city, sometimes even less.

In India there is also the same 4.5 V8 Twin Turbo diesel but instead of 232 hp and 615 NM it produces 262 hp and 650 NM.
