Toyota LandCruiser 200 and its armored and unarmored versions put to the test - 4.5 vs. 2.5 tons!

Two students assist Carl Friederichs with extensive acceleration and breaking tests with the Toyota LandCruiser 200. As part of their Bachelor’s thesis, they needed to find out about the different qualities of armored and unarmored vehicles. To that end, CEO Henrik Schepler got behind the wheel of two Toyotas. Over the course of several days, various tests were carried out in the Frankfurt area. You can find out how it went and what the findings were in this video.

The whole project was a win-win situation, as CEO Henrik Schepler put it. Both students gathered all of the data needed for their Bachelor's dissertations, while the same data offered Carl Friederichs insights into some of the finer details of armored and special protection.
