Toyota Prius Cruise Control Doesn't Work in Cold Weather

2006 Toyota Prius with 187,000 miles, cruise control will not work in cold weather, works perfectly in warm weather

My Camry did the same thing. I just unplugged almost every plug I could find sprayed them out and pluged them back together. No more problem.

How about using some of that component cooler spray for electronics on the switch?

Try some spray contact cleaner into the switch and see if that helps make better contact,it's worth a try.

What scan tool are you using? A decent scan tool can display status of all the buttons live which will help you to know for sure which button is not working.

I know my question is unrelated to this video. 2011 Corolla 108k miles, no leaks. Is Penzoil Platinum Synthetic High mileage ok for the car? After purchase of oil, started wondering if seal rejuvenation additive in the oil maybe bad. Thoughts? I like the idea of the Penzoil because in a previous car it was quieter than Mobil 1.
