i use 4 quarts and its perfect in middle of dipstick cross marks, just FYI-save you buying a 5th quart

The dip stick cross marks represents 1 quart, engine specs have it at the top of the cross marks, at half way you are about 1/2 quart low. I personally wouldn't recommend running low oil on purpose. Plus you can save the half quart left over for your next oil change! Thanks for commenting

Thanks for including all torque specs and maintenance reminder! Do you know if the oil change interval is set to 5000 miles or can it be adjusted for synthetic oil?

I believe this one is set at 5000 mi intervals with no adjustment. Even with synthetic oil I change every 5k or 6 months, whichever comes first.

Attempted this for my parent, access is difficult with a jack and jack stand, did you jack from driver or passenger side.

I lifted from the passenger side, then crawled under from the front.

Why do we put it in maintenance mode after service, like i am driving it for 2 years and i had never did that maintenance thing, can you explain why do we do that for ??

After the service you reset the "maintenance required" message. The internal computer will then tell you when your next oil change is due.
