Toyota made a huge mistake with the Capstone. Only offering the black and white interior is weak. They need to offer at least black or a tan interior. Here's what doesn't make sense. Sequoias are more family focus so they should offer a second row bench on every trim. Meanwhile, the LX600 offers a bench on all except their top trim. Do the Toyota excutives even drive their own cars?

The Capstone was meant to fill in for the luxury Land Cruiser in Toyota's line up after it was discontinued in '23. The new Land Cruiser (Prado) has been adjusted down-market and is more more utilitarian (also a turbo-4-cyl hybrid).

The Capstone is my least favorite…all that chrome is so outdated in my opinion. My favorite is the TRD Pro with black accents and badges. Still wouldn’t buy a Sequioia. Potential major issues galore.
