That blue cup on the slave cylinder is normal. I just got a new OEM AISIN for my r154 and it's the same as yours. I gotta admit when I got it, it kinda looked like something aftermarket.

For the covers on mine we actually just used like thin Sheet metal bent it to shape cut it n stuff put a screw hole on there and silicone. Worked like a charm for the years the ride was running before my current rebuild :3, Cheap & Gets the job done

installing the throwout bearing can be pretty difficult if youve never done it with the r154
