I have a same config 2020 trd offroad but i threw on a front air deflector and tonneau cover. I average 23 but get about 27 on the highway at 70. When i want to go offroad, the air deflector only takes about 5 mins to take off.

Since you already did the mpg's - What would be cool if you do the same test but with a roof rack with a bit of stuff attached to the top (just to simulate real world) I know that is a big ask (unless you plan on buying a RR) But since you appear to know a lot of 4 wheeler it may not be a stretch for you to borrow a RR for the test. From what I have seen from other sources RRs eat up about 12 to 15% (maybe more) from fuel mileage. So in you case that could be 3 mpg. I chose NOT to install a RR even for my solar panels for that very reason & let the alternator do most of the work.

Hey there. Thanks for the comment, while I don’t have access to roofracks, I do plan on doing a MPG test of my same truck when it has the bed camper installed, the camper is made by Xtrusion Overland, their new XO Skeleton truck camper, I will be hopefully the first few to test them out and will be doing MPG comparison then. Cheers!

@@4WDisLife Does the bed camper protrude above the roof line of the truck? If so that should suffice by decreasing the aero of the truck.
