Ernest, a little tip...and your knees will thank you in 15 years. Get yourself a 4x6' piece of 1 1/2" insulation...cut you two pieces about 2'x3' then glue them together. This will give you a nice 3-4" foam mat which you can just store behind your toolbox...then anytime youre working on brakes or front end work. Whip it out and you have a great place to kneel on. One of the best little "tools" i own.

I love your channel man. It's amazing how you're able to adapt and work on many types of vehicles. Although, I do realize you've had a lot of experience and sometimes once you've done a few tie rods, control arms and ball joints, it's just a matter of adjusting to the setup of the vehicle. It's even amazing to watch you troubleshoot and solve challenges/snags along the way (something I'm familiar with in my DIY projects.) which is important for you being that your mobile. Watching you get a job done quickly, safety and efficiently is astonishing TIME = Money. Time for multiple jobs. One of my snags for instance, 3 years ago i was working on my wife's 98 civic. The tie rod ends were seized so bad (no penetrating, impact hamming, or heat) would loosen it. Didn't have an angle grinder at the time, so i cut it off with a sawzall, since I was replacing it anyway. Only trouble was I couldn't accurately count the turns or threads for the temporary alignment. Hey good luck with your channel and business. Congrats with your expecting little bundle of joy! One day you'll have a little helper in your mobile business.

If I may.. I would recommend a set of knee pads worn under your coveralls. Does not change your look at all. And I can attest.. ten years from now. Your knees will thank you. Similar to Tim's recommendation. But I always lose the pad. Soft knee pads stay on all day. And wont ride up if worn under the coveralls. Way too many times while working for the phone company. Landing my knee on a pebble... OWE!!!

I keep hearing that you shouldn't tighten suspension bushings until they are loaded, so that when load comes on, rubber bushings don't twist after they are tight, damaging the new bushing. On the other hand you seem to get away with it fine, and I can understand that on the street it is not easy to squeeze underneath when jack is removed. Is there more to it than I know?

It’s getting easier to work on cars, full replacement struts, wheel bearings already pressed into a new hub, and new ball joints and bushings included in a new control arm. It’s easier to replace brake rotors than turn them because in most cases rotors are too warped to turn in the first place. Spark plugs last 100,000 miles, oil changes once or at the most twice a year. Total CV shaft replacement instead of rebuilding an individual inner or outer boot.

Hey man good work on the videosjust a little tip when you tighten those lower bushings I would do it when all the cars weight is on all four wheels and then crawl under and tighten those bolts I've just seen it where bushings 10 to go bad very quickly afterjust from tightening it in a full sprung position and then when you set the car at its normal ride height there's a lot of tension on the bushing
