Probably the most helpful video I've seen so far. I have an a/c refrigerant leak somewhere and I haven't found it under the hood, so now I need to check the expansion valve and evaporator. I didn't want to just start pulling on all these plastic parts and risk breaking them without first knowing I have removed all the bolts first. This video should get me to a point where I can at least check for leaks with my freon detector, so I'm grateful that you posted it. It's not the entire job of replacing the evaporator but it's a great start if it's indeed where my leak is. I only wish I could buy you a few beers for your help. You deserve it for sure. lol Great video!

Great video...I'll be pulling my 2020 TRD Pro dash out to do the AJT and replacing the silver panel with an OEM black one. @vinnces63153 жыл бұрын
First of all thanks for the vid! Never pop any of my car panels out before on my Tundra so this helped. But I got a question. I was routing a dashcam cable and pulled that panel at 2:52 off easily enough. The issue is how do you properly put it back on? I know it's held on by that plastic nut and 2 slide in position but for the life of me I couldn't get the top to slide in to it's spot. It's the spot with the 2 copper wire clipped on in front of it (3:35) which also block the panel piece from easily sidling it in. Tried for a hour and still couldn't slide it in so I just double-sided tape it. Any ideas?
@NitroZ18Fishing3 жыл бұрын
No prob, thanks for checking it out!…hmm, that’s interesting…that piece should just slide right back into place once ya get it lined up…sometimes you do have to kinda wiggle the top/inner portion to get it to sit over where that plastic nut goes, but it shouldn’t give ya too much trouble…once ya get it over where that nut goes the rest should just kinda sit where it should…I’m sorry I can’t be more help there, I’m not sure why that is giving ya trouble…let me know if you got it figured out, if I can help any further just say the word!
