@D-Rockk it's funny you ask. At around 20k miles the window pane came off the tracks. The warrantee replaced it and it costed them about 10k with the pano assembly and labor. Two weeks later it was leaking and I traded the car in there and then. The camrys are not made like they were used to. Mine gave me alot of trouble. The radio was replaced, a seat cover cracked and was also replaced. The transmission would hunt for gears and felt like it was slipping even after a reprogram and software update. Toyota's fit and finish atleast in their sedans is crap. Maybe they addressed these issues in the new generation but I doubt I'd ever buy one again.

Great video Jeff! Don't get the Camry with the sunroof if you are tall. It really cuts into headroom front and rear. Good news is you can get the Camry XSE without the sunroof. Looks great, less expensive, and has to be at least 2 inches more headroom front and rear.

Only get a pano roof if you have a garage. I had one and a rock hit during the winter. The sunshade and interior was ruined by the time replacement glass came in. Never again for me.

I have a 2023 Camry XSE V6 and it only comes with a Panoramic Roof. I have had moon/sunroofs on a few vehicles in the past. I never used them nor move the shade screen. They forever stay closed, The problem is auto manufacturers have this crazy notion that all Top Tier Trim Levels must have some sort of Glass Roof. I only buy the highest trim level because of having all the benefits, amenities, and features. I personally have zero use for moon/sun or panoramic roofs. Wished there was an Option for DELETE - Do not build my car with a lame and silly-looking glass roof. In 1982 bought a new 1982 Mustang GT 5.0L H.O. 302 Boss with T-Tops, it seem kool until it leaked. In 1983 bought a used 1978 Alfa Romeo Veloce Spider with a roll bar, always wanted a convertible but the ragtop was such a pain, and the wind noise was loud even when up and latched closed. Having a convertible looked KOOL but driving it was bothersome. Just as Jeff had shown in this video, the Panoramic Roof only opens roughly 55 percent of the way which is silly and inconvenient. Oh! be aware that on any opened moon/sunroof and panoramic roof it is possible the Glass can be torn off its support hinges and may cause serious injury to those behind you. Also, having a moonroof/panoramic roof you do lose 1 or more inches of head space.

I have seen xse without a panoramic roof that they do have them however they are hard to find . I know I seen a video on KZbin with some kid who had a white xse with no panoramic roof or sunroof at all. They are rare but they do exist. I personally love my panoramic roof but I never really open it 😂 I think I just like having the option but I never use it because I can’t stand the sun beaming on me while I’m driving it bothers my eyes to see.

@@selvinrodriguez9458 yeah I think you’re right it was a V4 not a V6 . I think every V6 I’ve seen has the sun roof or moon roof . The only other way to get that would be to get the TRD because they don’t have any sun roof at all . However the TRD you don’t get led headlights and a smaller screen it’s almost like a V6 SE instead of XSE but that’s really the only way to get the V6 with no sunroof is to get the TRD. But it does suck because them glass roofs are so expensive if they break or get rocks or anything inside the track of the roof and it bumps off the track then you’re screwed so I understand your point .

Not that anybody cares so I don't care either... 😄: But the panoramic roof on my 2011 CTS4 slides back the same length as it would with a regular sunroof & the glass slides *straight* back. Also, the inside cover of the roof is sheer. So when closed over, on a 🌞nny day u can look up & still see the sky. Cadillac; always providing class... 💯👌🏽

Every 8th Gen Camry (2018 - 2023) with a V6 engine is FWD. You can get AWD on the lower trims with the 2.5L i4 or Hybrid. This is why it is better to get a 4Runner, RAV4, or another mfr. that has AWD vehicles like Mazda. Presently, almost all automakers are going i4, i4 Turbo, Hybrid, and EV. The days of V6 and V8 engines are fewer and in between. That is why I bought the 2023 Camry XSE V6 because in 2024 the Camry V6 is no more.

It is possible with modification. You cannot attach the removable type that could clamp to the window sill because it would prevent the window from fully closing. When using the roof rack with items stored or attached to the roof, you are unable to open the panoramic roof. But if you went with the Camry TRD (which has Pros and Cons and the V6 engine) or Camry XSE 2.5L likely could get yourself a roof rack.

I love panoramic roof. I’ve been wanting one since I bought a 2006 Lexus RX330. Interesting that car was one of the earliest ones to offer it but I couldn’t afford it. Ever since that time I e wanted a panoramic roof but as fate would have it I’ve failed. Cars that I’ve purchased doesn’t offer it. I also have a 2013 Infiniti fx37, a 2017 fiat 500e and a 2017 Acura MDX. I want to get the QX30 with its miniature panoramic roof that doesn’t open up.

I have an xse with the pan roof waste of money it doesn't open all the way you're better off getting a cam with a soon roof if you like it to be more open. Pan roof is just extra glass that's it. Junk
