I like how it shows in the video that entune is rated 2/5 stars. Entune would be so much better if it was less buggy and had more apps. For an example the addition of a Spotify integration would be so much more beneficial.

I'm not paying for a subscription when I have Google maps and Android Auto! It should show up on the screen instead it's saying no navigation system installed! And why would I pay ATT for a WiFi hotspot when I have Comcast and the hotspot is free, I got to play NPR but the app should show up on the screen just like when I install it on my Motorola phone which could be a problem cuz it doesn't share with it's ready for except your PC and TV! Everything should automatically pair with Bluetooth! This is how manufacturing keeps you buying their phones cuz people are afraid of loosing information & I'm going to file with the FCC & FTC Android Auto Auto is only a Google pixel but they force others to use their operating system! Google doesn't own all of Android just the chrome part!

I just bought a 2018 Camry and am still struggling with Entune. My 2015 Avalon had a great system. I got no books or manuels for my Camry. Dont even know which Entune I have but when I play around with it, I cant even see it having XM radio. What the heck do I do? Supposed to be a newer car, but it feels like I am stepping back with such less available.

It needs interaction with alternate gps as I found out yesterday. Scout refuses to find a route around 10 miles of traffic going 15 miles an hour in a 70. I had to use waze on my small screen to get out of the mess.

Got a 2019 Corolla hatchback and sometimes I wish I could just rip this huge screen off the dash. It is a total waste of space. In it's current state it only plays the radio and can connect to your phone via Bluetooth.... no nav, no AA... It could literally be a 4 inch screen with those functions. Toyota is so lucky they make really good reliable cars because the infotainment system in this one is making me miss my 2017 Hyundai Accent. At least that one saw fit to be small and unobtrusive while being useless.

I have the same issue. It worked fine with the entune 3.0 then they changed to another entune app and it wont take my VIN to register. I went to a Toyota dealership website and started puling all the VINs from there, none of them worked. Not sure how anyone is using this app or why Toyota isn't doing more to resolve this issue. The App ratings are horrible. I can't find a fix anywhere for the VIN issue.

Tune app will not install on my 2021 Prius Prime Limited. I had to speak to 3 people at my Toyota dealership and finally with Toyota (central?) to find out the app is not compatible with my Toyota model, it is a known bug, and there is no time estimate as to when, if ever, it will be fixed. This is very frustrating and should not be listed as a standard feature in the advertising for my car.

We have to use bluetooth to access Pandora since it was dropped from the Entune Suite. I guess it's better than nothing but the GUI for Pandora is so limited while driving.

Confusing as hell. I have all these apps on a 2013 Tacoma but can’t use them because I don’t have a dcm? Why would they waste money on this touch screen and not have it where it can function? They ask me to return to dealer to purchase a dcm. But then 3g services will not be supported in October 2013. So strange should be an easier fix
