I live in Alaska and my license plate is MTACOS. That plate use to be on a ‘17 Tacoma TRD OR that was until the Pandemic when I sold my Taco and made $10K. I have since transferred that plate to a JEEP truck and yes I get asked about it all the time. I’ll wait a few years until the kinks are worked out with these new Tacomas and hopefully I’ll find myself back in the drivers seat of one. Cheers from North Pole, Alaska! 🎅🏻🎄☃️❄️🇺🇸🌮

Dear Toyota. I want a Hilux / Tacoma with 4WD diesel in the US for less than $20k. I know you sell them in Asia for that... and I refuse to pay your inflated sticker prices. Please and thank you. Oh... and your land cruiser is not going to sell with those engine options. Nobody here wants an undersized gas turbo engine. They are expensive to repair, they are prone to early failure and the fuel mileage is basically the same as your larger naturally aspirated V6s in real world driving. Give us a diesel or don't bother.
