We designed that whole line at Art Asylum- even the mechanisms . I sculpted the Venom symbiote, the spider carnage. My daughter was watching the 90s series and spotted Spider Carnage and had 100000 questions . I did a search and this came up. Thanks brother ;)

I have to admit, I'm out of the loop when it comes to Marvel, especially what came out during the Dark Age. But as a fan of both vintage toys and monsters, Xenophage is one of the few figures I've seen that legitimately unnerves me. And I love him.

@@ToyShiz the figure in question is approximately 22 to 23 years old and thankfully i can still get one via amazon or eBay for roughly a twenty spot - i've never been a huge Carnage or Spiderman fan but damn this figure just rules and i have to have it - love how they incorporated the soft goods of fur into the mix and the bendy tentacles and nicely sculpted bones are so different from anything then much less now - thank you for sharing these with us - can't wait to get Phage to put him next to other odd standout figures throughout the years. I'd collect BAF Phage if they made it but i doubt they ever will - such a briefly lived character with not much staying power but thankfully i can still get one still encased in its package.

You got spider-Carnage all wrong. This guy was one of the best sculpted figure at the time for Marvel. If you want him to look like the animated show, its very dark. And the pose didn't take away from figure, would love if it did move more but Articulation didn't come for the next couple of years. And I wish I still had the Venom.

The Venom Symbiote looks great. I've managed to get a hold of 1 myself... without the head! He may be secondhand, but it still looks great. It turns out he's the red version.

I had the two spider Carnage Versions, The one from this series and the repaint from a 4-pack. I would be great if Hasbro released a Marvel legends spider Carnage figure not just a head of the character.

I have the Lee's guide to Spider-Man toys magazine, and it doesn't have a spider-carnage repaint pictured. It does mention that some figures were repainted and sold overseas as Spider-Man 2000, so maybe it's part of that line?

teeveeparty he was in the Web Wars box set which was a Kaybee Toys Exclusive. The picture of the set is in my video as well. Spider-Man 2000 did have Alien Venom and Alien Carnage as well as a bunch of reused and repainted Spiderman figures. Those were technically the only “new” figures for the UK (and Mexico/European) line.
