Always crazy how some expert think, that Germany will play the same system against better/faster teams. Nagelsmann is not stupid, he adjust the match plan depending on the other team. Against France f.e. Kimmich will play way deeper in defense.

We are not that good, like in old days. But the team fights. That what we wanted to see. I dont care if we lose against Spain or France...the only thing the most germans want, is fighting with your heart for your country.

We will take this result, wasn't too pleased by our performance, but i can't forget that we are still trying to rebuild.. We are not yet a settled team, it might seem that way, i mean, even i myself as a German fan if i don't stay conscious, I would think that we've reached back to our high standards, but we are not even near our standards, but we are certainly getting there.. We are just coming back, i mean, we underwent humiliation and embarrassment for a decade, because since we won the WC in 2014, we fell from our standards, but now there are signs that we are getting back to our identity.. I thank Hungary for not sitting back to expose our frailties, so we will know the areas we need to improve in, and i hope Nagelsmann was taking notes.. And he really should address the issue where we give away too many free kicks in our own half, especially around the box, which almost caused us to concede again.. And even though i was upset at Sané, but he will definitely get it right, obviously he's not match sharp.. We didn't have our best performance today, but neither did we vs Scotland, we are not yet at our best, but we will eventually get there as we continue to improve.. I just hope Nagelsmann will not ease up on our players, no time for complacency, no time to slack off, we need to continue improving, because we can't continue to stay down, we need to rise again.. Congrats my team, a lot of love and respect to our wonderful coach and his coaching staff.. That's all we ever wanted, to find the right manager, because we always had the talent.. Which is the same state Bayern has been in, only if they could find the right manager, they would start dominating again, because they already have all the quality..

Most Germans are very humble. But IF we beat spain in the quarter finals, then I think expectations would be Really high. Right now I'd say we won't stand Spain
