This switch used to have 2 leds per port (green and amber) and you could tell if a device was linked at 100mbit instead of 1gbit. Does the new design still show the link speed??

I know exactly what your talking about as I have an older 5 port switch which has the dual green and Amber lights on each port but as far as I can tell the the green LEDs on this switch are just showing activity and not speed.

Would you recommend this compared other switches? Thinking of grabbing the S version of this model

why didn't they put the power plug on the same side as the ports? it is pretty stupid for cable management

Thanks for your question. There is a power led to the left of the ports that is always on when the device is plugged in and each port has a green activity LED above it that flashes green when a network connected cable is attached. Hope I have helped

When I plug everything in. I get connected but no internet? When I check connection settings it says unidentified network? Any advice on this situation?
