This guy was between fifty cents below to fifty cents above the grand total of actual retail prices, just like Bob Barker always use to tell the other contestants. If that fifty cents below to fifty cents above rule still applied while Drew Carey has been the star of the Price Is Right, this guy would still be a winner!!
