I just got my labs done again tsh 2.659 free t3 4.5 free t4 0.88 anti-tpo 239 testosterone 60 any help would be greatly appreciated

My TPO level was 1204. I have been very sick with literally every symptoms of Hashimotos but my T3, T4, TSH, and Thyroglubin are all normal (not even slightly high). Idk what to do and my PCP doctor just told me to eat better. The next endocrinologist appointment I can get is in 5 months.

my peroxidase antibody is 266 instead of normal range of 0-34 however I have developed tumors all over my breast myscle and chest... Just found out about the peroxidase a few days ago, going in for surgery and a specialist....
