To be more accurate,Napier is just a city and its immediate surrounds and suburbs.A fine coastal town.The greater extensive district is named Hastings,which includes the vibrant city of the same name.The featured Te Mata Park,situated above the erudite Havelock North is actually in the Hastings district.
