My favorite episode is when Bo was going through postpartum depression. I was experiencing EVERYTHING she was experiencing in that episode. It was an "aha" moment for me and helped me tremendously. I can't even begin to thank this show for making me realize what was going on and make me aware of watching myself and my emotions. This show has brought so much to my life.
