Tracey Ullman dressed as Trevor Ayliss should have been made into a movie something similar to Mrs Doubtfire gender swap reboot. I would rate it as one one the best prosthetic makeup.

Does anyone know where there is a copy of another sketch from this TV Special: Hethers - A young girl, Jeannine Pillsworth is placed into a posh boarding school by her working class parents. Her mother and father give up all their possessions in order to afford tuition; her father sells one of his kidneys. Jeannine, now calling herself Janie, is reinvented into a posh young woman. She disowns her parents, making them promise to never speak to her again. Despite Janie's contempt, Mr and Mrs Pillsworth couldn't be happier that Jeannine has become exactly what they wanted to become

Hi - it is from the same comedy show A Class Act. There was a sketch about a lower middle class family (Dad is Michael Palin) who sacrifice everything for their daughter to attend "Heathers" public school and succeed in turning their daughter into a snob. There is a sketch which is a spoof on the longitudinal documentary series called 7up where children from different classes are revisited every 7 years as they grow into adulthood and the scene you refer to is in this sketch. The entire show was based (I think) on explaining to U.S. viewers how the British class system functions. As a brit I think it is brilliant.
