You are absolutely right, For Schedule 2 - no minimum work experience and employment contract is required.

I don't think work contract is required for 491 regardless of schedule.

You are absolutely right, if you check their website for the 491 there is no minimum experience required neither the employment contract is required.

I’m currently on a student visa, which limits me to 24 hours of work per week. I’m planning to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for a 190 visa in Western Australia. I’ve been working for my employer for over a year, and they are interested in offering me a full-time contract. However, they are concerned about how long they would have to wait until I obtain full-time work rights. My question is: if I receive a state nomination from WA, will I gain full work rights immediately upon applying for the 190 visa, or would I need to wait until the visa is granted, which could take 1 or 2 years? If full work rights are not granted until the visa approval, it might not make sense for companies to offer a contract if they have to wait that long. However, according to the information on the state nomination website, the full-time contract start date must be within 3 months of the state nomination application. From this, I understand that within this timeframe, I would submit the EOI, receive an invitation, and apply for the 190 visa, which would then allow me to start my full-time contract on time while waiting for the visa grant. Can you help me with this please?

Hi Traci, i really appreciate your work and great content in every video. I have a question, when you say high point for 190 in WA, how much score are you indicating? My occupation is under construction industry and if things go well, i get 85 including state 5 points.

If I lodge my EOI for WA 491, but I'm living intestate (so I got the same priority as the overseas), can I update it once I move later to Perth and then I get my priority updated too?? (or better wait till I've arrived there, a couple weeks later?)
