Koodoo’s to the 3rd Orthodontist!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Doing your research and being patient always win! It’s so true that people can be self conscious of something nobody else even notice. My brother in love Chris is such a handsome and self confident person (he so calm, too) that his teeth never were that noticeable. I’m happy that he is happy with the process and outcome. Looking good, Chris.👍🏽💕

Hi Tracie Thanks so much for your kind reply about my treatment . We all need to be thinking of one another much more as people used to do. We need more thoughtful people like you two.The ortho videos are a big help for me and others .We need more of this thought process and I really appreciate you praying for a smooth orthodontic process for me. It will be a tough road but I know when times are tough Iwill relie on Chris's example and strength to help with the bumps. I have watched the video 5 times and will be watching all your ortho videos often . It is quite a case when an orthodontist shuns it but he accepted the challenge and he is finishing up what must have been an epic journey to save his teeth. I know I would not want to eat your wonderful meals with false teeth,that would be down right disrespectful. Now for your braces Tracie you have got to get them going so you two have as much time together in braces ad possible. What could be better than to mentor each other during orthodontic treatment. The will be many fun times you can share while you both have braces!Others will be jealous of a couple in their 50s wearing full metal braces. He pictures will be to die for twin tin grins. From what you said it sounds like you have a fair amount of straighting and bite correctitoo.to do. How long do you have to wear the braces for? To bad you two did not start together but I am sure cost is a concern because it ain't cheap to have straight teeth. You certainly owe treatment to your family legacy and you owe it to Chris and Jaylyn to get the wires etc asap. Make sure you match your husband's braces . Get all metal bands brackets and wires because you get much better and faster treatment not to mention they will be the perfect mtatch for Chris. I have researched braces and all metals are by far and away the best way to go. All others are gimmicks. Also ceramics are not invisible. Metal braces can look stunning if the ortho is good. They can look like jewelry. Anyway do not delay get a banding day today . Also Tracie I have to say U get very hungry when I text to you because I dream of your wonderful cooking. Take care and thanks againnfor your reply and reat orthodontic videos. Bob.

Hi Chris and Traci, God bless you both… I was so happy to see older people AND… of color sharing this kind of journey. Praise God!! I’m 64 this will be my second time around (did Invisalign’s) that didn’t work for me so here I am doing what I should have done the first go round… anywho one week before getting my braces (top and bottom) I took a bad fall in my garage (missed a step fell face first)… ya’ll hear me…don’t take steps for granted like I did…I know I traveled these same steps at least a million times before. (lol). Now fast forward.. I only need bottom braces now my (top) teeth will all have (permanent) crowns in two weeks and my bottom braces in sometime in Nov. I am grateful my new top teeth will be straight and perfect 18 months before my bottom teeth. Thank God and thank you two so much for sharing!

Hi Tracie and Chris, What a great orthodontic video. Answered so many questions of mine and I am sure others in a very detailed nice manner. Glad to hear you see seniors like me wearing braces. I thought I will be one of a kind. Mine is really strongly being recommended all metal 3yrs and maybe hg. I still am very traumatized by the whole idea but as you said you are doing it for yourself and be proud of it. Your points about self consciousness are very helpful. This is a great video for adults who have or need braces. Congratulations to Chris in not giving up and finding an ortho who will keep his teeth in place because that is the main reason for orthodontia,saving teeth. Again it says a lot about a person when they can wear fulk metal bands as an adult for three years.Of coursr this for Tracie as well Now for Tracie . You know you need braces now. You have watched your brave husband and daugthter enduure orthodontics. You set the appointment up to get braces and did not follow through. This a family thing for you. You have to be in the game and get your teeth straightened as they have,it is only fair. They did it for you so must go and get all braced up for them. Make sure your braces match your husband's for photos. Definitely get all metal becausr they are faster and give better results. You two will be able to flaunt your braces and make twin tin grin photos.lol It will also be great support for you to have Chris in braces while you are. Also think of your grandchildren when they argue about getting braces and you show you two all banded and braced in your 50s. The arguments will stop fast.You gotta get it done girl! Do not delay get your banding day today. This was a terrific video Tracie and thank you for directly taking and answering my concerns and questions. Thanks again! P.S.Make sure you give me your all metal braces install date soon.

Not finished went to early. I have watched the braces video at least 7 times and will keep viewing . It is atremendous help to me to see what Chri has gone through and with each watch I gain a little more confidence to set up the big day that of course banding day I amazed at how patient and how much pain and discomfort he must of endured prre orthodontia.
@robertginn38512 жыл бұрын
Eating alone must have been difficult plus many other oral tasks must have been hard. Good for him to go the limit and make sure he gets a lot of yearsxwith corrected teeth. Great ortho for you as well. Did his dentist suggest and repeat advising Chris to get braces ? If not he should have. Of course you have to hsve te budget openings for the extra orthodontic expense. Again kudos to Chris and your support Tracie. I assume with everything being done he must of had headgear. If so how did it go? Many rubber bands also springs etc? Now it is your turn Tracy as Chris is doing his part you must do yours and get your full set of metal bands brackets and wires!! I trust you have no question but to match Chris and get the by far best full metal braces. You really must try to spend as much time in braces with Chris as you can. That will be much fun and you will each help one another with the wearing of braces.The pictures for your family and others will be awesome. Twin tin grins.LOL Also great mentoring example for other couples who should are braced up together.. I hope you have your banding day set prior to the end of the month. Think of what a great feel it will be to be wearing the metal together. You could set up an orthodontic candy ection in your cool old fashioned candy store. Start a cook book for ortho patients and give mentoring and general advice to adults in or prepping for braces. Gotta get em Tracy. You two are so great together ,not many couples like this any more. Love seeing and reading recipes and of course cooking.I am sure Chris is as good a try and ump ad your are cook Tracy and it is nice to see your religious ways and bonds. We need more of this. Bob P.S. Was Chris an athlete It seems like he would be a great coach too.

@tac1013 Жыл бұрын
@shedrickkirkland1393 It's honestly been pretty good!! Nothing that I expected (I was expecting the worst), and the videos I've watched prepared me...I would say to anyone getting braces, they are annoying with regard to food, not so painful really. My advice is to do your homework to get prepared and keep your teeth clean.

Hi Tracie Thanks for the heart. I have been thinking and praying for you with regard to testing. I am very confidant that you will have good results. Your prayers and concerns have been heard I am sure. Just wondered if. Chris has or will he need to wear headgear at all and if so how did it go? I may have to wear it even though it is a thing of the past at least with adults. What is your banding date? Want to make sure I pray and thank of before the big day on the big day and during your soon to come braces wear. Very soon I hope. Is Chris on original schedule or will you two have much overlapping time in braces? How many years will you have in braces? All metal ?Headgear? Was Chris an athlet?e and does he coach? Take care and have a good weekend. Bob

My wife says that I’m ridiculous for wanting to get braces at 60. Even my kids say I don’t need them. I have a gap in my front teeth and missing teeth in the back and was told by a dentist that I should get braces first before getting implants.
