Oder said it was delivered I never received the order no help from tracking. What can I do.

Dispute the purchase. Open an inquiry with the shipping company that supposedly delivered it so they can try to find it, and also go ahead and ask for your money back due to non-receipt.

why does china shipping continue to use chinese tracking number, even after the package has got here to the usa and has moved around the usa via usps? seems like once it gets into the usps hands usps would take over the tracking? of course usps will screw it up anyways

Hi Jason, depends on the shipping method that you use. ePacket for example is a service offered by China Post and have only on tracking number. Special Line is an express service and has 2 trackings (you can find them both on our dashboard) one international (follows the parcels from the origin to the end destination) and one local tracking (for example USPS tracking) that follow the package only inside the destination country.

You can create a USPS account to be notified when a package has entered their system with your Name/Address. They do have a tracking number.. often the sender just doesn't have it or provide it to you.

I order a soccer jersey and my seller shipped it out on January 25 last updated I got on track 17 was January 27 and I haven't got a updated in February and I don't even know where is my jersey
