You may or may not realise how much I appreciate your vital video. For some reason I have been getting a poor result from my project so now I will investigate my dip settings

So happy to see you explain the Sabertooth 2x32 settings, and show that you can control the Track Drive with just 1 joystick!!!! It will give me the confidence attack a robotic lawnmower project I was hoping to build !!! Now I just have to figure out a basic model of Transmitter I can use ?? Thank you 🥲

Nice works, have you a wiring Diagram? Is the battery 12 or 24 volt, and amp? Greatings from austria

Lol wow, Looks and works good. When i bought my 2x60, it came with a fan on top of it and holes already drilled for mounting

WOW... Where do I start? First class. I'm just starting my little project and it seems you designed what I am interested in building. Anything you can share is extremely appreciated.

Great. What about the batteries ? We are having some trouble connecting a big boat accu to it -i guess overcurrent. What are you using ?

Question, that 8 gauge wire your using
@Tech98614 жыл бұрын
Those connectors are sold by Anderson power products. I use them in all electrical work.

How can I get the max speed out of my motor
@robomoticchile Жыл бұрын
hello! May I know where did you get the tracks? thanks
@mckrackin53243 жыл бұрын
Is the Sabertooth variable speed? I mean, is it a speed controller or are the motors just on and off?
@BZEUG3 жыл бұрын
Variable. Very good control.

i am also building a lawnmower like yours, but how many hampere is the fuse you used to protect the sabertooth 2 × 32? thank you
@BZEUG2 жыл бұрын
Other than the 60A fuse on the battery there is another fuse and I don't recall what I put in that. It is way smaller than 60A , maybe 15A , I can't remember. Just enough so the motors don't blow it and low enough to protect wires and sabertooth.

great build video series! I was planning on making a stand up tracked skateboard using one of these tracks and drive wheels with electric motors powering it. What do you think of this idea? I need to find a way to gear the motor properly for torque and drive-ability using a single track vs two. let me know what you think and if you have any ideas to help me out! thanks!!

I had the thought those turkeys had gps transmitters going to your robots....So robots could chase them. :-)

Well done. Do you have 12v or 24v? What kind of cable did you take? 👍
@BZEUG6 жыл бұрын
Thank you! 24volt. The wiring is all reused from the wheelchair I pulled the motors from.

I have almost all the components and try an RC lawnmower. please make more videos of it

Thank you for the video. It is possible to move backward with this board? I mounted it on a robot with a similar configuration and the throttle only permits to go forward (I'm using a Spektrum remote too). Sorry for my bad english!
@BZEUG4 жыл бұрын
yes can definitely move backwards. maybe something limits set on that channel in your transmitter. see if you can adjust them.

I'm also using the 2x32 on my track drive robot. The sabertooth randomly reset causing the stick center to move. This cause it to move on it's own . I use a separate 6v pack but that didnt help

Very helpful, thanks

What is the weight of this whole robot? For me 2x32 is not cutting it.

@miguelhuertadelavega85014 жыл бұрын
My concern with Sabertooth controller is regarding its construction: it does not looks very robust . Did you have any problems with it or the enclosure you built was enough?
@BZEUG4 жыл бұрын
I really have not had an issue with durability. My enclosre has been working well for me. However its open design requires more effort to peotect it. If it were enclosed in a more rugged enclosure it would be a time saver.
