Apart from PF Tracking are there any other tracking software which is better for architectural visulization..?

Here's no tracking software for only architectural visulization, it's just tracking software. 3DEqualizer is industry standart. SynthEyes also not bad. All depending on footage and task. Footage from this tutorial is simple and you can track it everywhere, even in davinci or after effects.

Probably your Z axis is wrong. You'll need to match with the refrence that you've created in PfTrackY
