@@FlyHec Aha, that makes sense. I mentioned this because NES Tetris has had a revival in recent years and some players have adapted a method called hypertapping to beat the ARR of the game. One of the methods used is adapted from this exact video (aptly named flyhec). So what other games would benefit from the methods you're demonstrating here, besides track and field and Tetris?

@FlyHec3 жыл бұрын
I would say it helps but it's far from what's needed to master it. That would take an actual NES controller and any game/way to measure your inputs. But don't underestimate the amount of help it CAN do. I had a little time on bass and accordion before I learned it. I'm certain it helped. Might explain why I was able to do what I did here in the video on my very first try when I was about 13.

@FlyHec4 ай бұрын
Yes. Alternating is faster. Even when it's 4 on the right button followed by 4 on the left. I have issues staying in a good rhythm when I use both buttons. I end up pressing both buttons at the same time. When I use one I can't press with the other hand until the the first hand moves out of the way. This keeps me in good rhythm. Sad but true. I could be faster.
Perfecto FLY.

I didn't know that they made changes other than button guards and the Track Ball version. The track ball just made it easier.
