Track is empty but you find the one other guy.. Buttonwillow Raceway 7/14/24 PTT Group A/B Session 7

It was so hot that everyone left so we pretty much had the track to ourselves. Save one dude who wanted to stress me out for a couple laps.
2007 Honda CBR600RR
Dynojet PCV with custom fuel map and spark correction
Quickshifter w/ gear-dependent kill times
Toce Exhaust w/ cat delete
15/42 sprocket configuration (-1 front from stock). Speedo was corrected.
Filmed using Insta360's X3 & Go 3 cameras
Onboard telemetry was compiled using Telemetry Overlay and Race Render
Multicam editing was done using DaVinci Resolve

another great video (as always) perhaps i already made a comment like this before on your channel, i dont remember, but i think you should try to add a directors commentary or something, like a voice over explaining your thoughts and intentions on the track. because as someone who isnt very knowledgeable; i think it would really help further my understanding, and itd be an interesting thing for you to look back on 5 years from now when youre even better than what you are now, youll be able to see your own improvements in your decision making on the track. im sure these videos are already time consuming as it stands, so by no means will i be offended if you keep doing the raw audio videos haha

I was thinking of doing something similar to this, maybe like a quick intro thing but I think many people enjoy the raw sound and experience. Is there an area in particular that you are looking to improve or learn more about?

@@alixvandurand id just like to learn more about what goes through your head when you go onto a new track, or just your line selection in general, also how you position yourself to create opportunities to pass people. just stuff like that, i find it really interesting to hear about that kind of stuff
