Great job mate, I've got a weekend of front end maintenance to do so it's nice to see I'm not the only one, dreading doing the anti roll bar links🤣👍

Great job I might have a look at mine as they have been on the van for a little while also it’s worth putting a little copper grease on the threads for future adjustments. Keep up the good work.

I think mine has snapped under my drivers side . Would it do much damage if I drove it for a week until being fixed
@TurnersWorkshop972 жыл бұрын
I wouldn’t drive it if it’s snapped mate, would be really dodgy if it disconnected as you would loose control of the steering.

Hello The joint your car how many thousands mile will be need to replace Thank you
@TurnersWorkshop972 жыл бұрын
I wouldn’t usually change based on mileage alone with the track rod ends, they should be good for many miles. If there is slight play in the joint or the rubber boot is showing signs of wear it should be replaced or if they are making noises this is a good indicator when they should be replaced. You certainly could replace as a preventative maintenance but I’m not sure on the mileage interval.

How much were the track rod ends?? I just failed mot on it Do I buy 2 4 6 8?
@TurnersWorkshop97 Жыл бұрын
About £15-20 each for good ones. If you go cheap they won’t last as long. I’d recommend some Febi ones perhaps, made in Germany: amzn.to/48vg8AX Just check the comparability with your numberplate and you will need 2 👍🏼

@@TurnersWorkshop97 ok thank you. Il order 2 then. Thank you. I'm selling van next month once it passes mot
