In this case, if the passport is not available, they will ask to apply a application for getting your passport back and then you can get your passport after a few days. If you submitted your application & you are trying to track through online and website shopping "no records found" then you are checking on the wrong website link & may be your input is incorrect. I you need me to check your application then let me know.
