Brother it's not redemption. You teased them. Made them feel safe. When a fish gets the best of me he can't brag. But if a fish pulls one on you he brags. Bad mistake fish, bad mistake. I'd bet the ones you caught on the last trip told them. That's Edwin Evers, you could've been on tv. You could've been famous. Now you've just made a bass out of yourself. Take it easy on them next time Edwin, fore they knew not what they were doing.

Really enjoyed the video. Much respect for showing us the reality of winter fishing that it’ll some days end without fish in the boat. I especially like how you recapped the day good and bad and what you’ll do next time. I need to do that more often. Thanks E.

What I like about this video is it shows pro's are human. You watch nonstop vidoes of guys catching them and makes you feel like youre missing something. Good video
@187bootleg4 жыл бұрын
Edwin this video just shows how real fishing is. I guess you don’t always catch them. I went to a lake this past weekend and fished Saturday and Sunday and didn’t catch a thing. The lake I go to I normally catch at least one. These types of days make you think you don’t know what your doing. It’s motivational knowing even pros some times get skunked. Thanks for sharing the real side of fishing. I can’t wait to go back out and redeem myself. Tight lines. 👊

Now I don't feel so bad when I'm out during the Winter and don't catch a bass. Edwin you're only human and thanks for showing this side of you, makes us non-pros feel good about ourselves because you're not going to catch something every time you go out, especially in the Winter. Great vid.

Appreciate you going through your gear at the end of the day, gives good insight on your thought process on what and why. It's easy on the days when they will bite anything, but the tough days provide way more insight.

Refreshing to see a great fisherman, Edwin Evers, absolutely the toughest in the game when the moneys on the line, hang up his jerkbait bout 20 ft up in a tree and go 5 hours without catching one lmao Very good stuff man, we can all relate! Edwin, just watched both entries of this series and this is super informative. One suggestion. When you are choosing the bait you are using talk to us about why you are choosing that bait - time of year, water clarity, water temp, bait fish, etc.. Just a little insight as to why you chose a certain bait(s). Love all of your videos. Some of the best I have watched. Keep up the good work.

Just something about the Redcrest champion zeroing that makes me feel better. Problem is your zeros involves a lot more action (bites) than mine does. Feel like I’m fishing in the dead see sometimes. Edwin, did you see any fish on your Lowrance live target? After I asked that I remembered you tried a jigging spoon on a bush you saw a big fish in. I went out yesterday after that big thunderstorm and fished along the bank and didn't even get a bite. Jan 25, 2021. I thank you Edwin for this video and all the project e lessons. Looking forward to watching you on live stream during the Redcrest Championship. Praying for a win for you.🐟🎣

I started to deep Monday fishing points and channel swings, ended up fishing docks 10ft or less ended the day with some pretty good fish biggest was around 6-6.5lbs unfortunately my scale was dead. It was funny how predictable some of the fish were on docks with boat slips most bites or fish came from the first post inside the slip or the outside post of the slip. There was a couple of stragglers on some riprap first thing in the morning.

My question is we’ve all read articles that during cold water seasons considered fishing coves an pockets on the north northwest side of the lake and avoid wind blown banks. The northern coves will warm faster when sun shines. Would you be able to fish the same lake and talk about fishing a hair jig. Thanks for your time.

Thank you Edwin for sharing your day with us. Rarely does a pro share a goose egg day, but with days like that we all aspire to get'em the next time out. I learned a lot from this and really appreciate it. Quick question, I know you are a Lowrance sponsor. I have really older Lowrance units on my boat. With a $1500 budget (I'm a weekend angler) what "must have" unit would you have on the bow? thanks again, God Bless
