Holly journaling tutorial 😤✍️ : 1) turn on any show 2) have journal open + ONE pen ..maybe 2 if u want some contrast (must be a pen .) 3) jsut doodle anything and everything while watching 4) on opposite page add date, time and then write down ur random thoughts u have while scribbling on the other page . This method takes up approximately 4 pages

Amazing video! My journal routine is i put on a romantic tv show or movie, i decorated my pages with basicly anything that i can fing. For one page i use a promet that makes me think about my emotions and thought on basically everything then once thats done i write about my day or random things

I sit at my desk right when i wake up and get dressed, write half of a page and take my dog out, make my mom and i breakfast and talk to her, come back and write about what i ate etc and the weather, than go do errands and come back to write about the errands after i eat dinner (i eat super duper early) and than write on and off until nighttime

this is such a good idea!! my journal routine is pretty uninteresting but i’ll submit mine anyways. i decorate my journal during the day (gluing things in, stickers, washi etc) then at night before bed i’ll whack on a playlist (usually tom rosenthal z sides) and dump all my thoughts down on the pages i decorated :))).

this was more of my routine during quarantine and it has changed but oh well: I'll have my journal open and with me basically all day and every thought I have I'd write down the time, and my thought, no matter how obscure it is. this really cured my boredom because I always had something to do.
