As Chris mentioned, TrackingAngle taking us through ATR would be a blast! Great tour here. Thank you for posting.

Great behind the scenes tour. Chris Mara is a super cool guy and it is great that his company has been restoring MCI tape machines for many years.

This is one of the best tour videos I've ever seen. Going to Nashville Boogie is a bucket list thing for me, if I ever go to one I will definitely try to do a tour of this facility.

Wow! What a place! What a setup! Muso heaven! The only thing I noticed on the debit side is that there seems to be a lack of natural light in many of the rooms.

Chris actually sold me my MARA Machine over the phone & email. They took care of me when it had a playback issue. Mine's just 1/4 inch 2 track, but a very cool machine The construction is very modular. Very different than a consumer machine.

I have a few Rush reissues from 5 or 6 years ago that have this generous lead in groove... I wonder if these were mastered where Michael said?

Hey Mike, just a little suggestion, but could you invest in a gimbal like from dji or something? The wobbliness is giving me a migraine. Interesting video though.

If it was mine, I would say do not touch on all the vintage equipment. Furthermore analog is no longer pure analog, unfortunately a digital component is required to make the overpriced vinyl that we are now buying. Sheesh
@welcometo19792 жыл бұрын
We encourage people to touch and use all of our equipment! We can record totally digital, totally analog (even reverbs!) and anything in between.
