The White Pine is such a great trail and it goes right through Rockford so it was perfect for us xc guys to get to. West Michigan is so slept on and it’s also deceivingly hilly so basically every road off the trail has major elevation change.

Trackster, love your videos. I did the math for the workout. If they ran 9.9 miles in 51 minutes and covered 5.32 miles in 25 ish minutes, their recovery jogs averaged 5:49/mile! Insane fitness. Keep up the great work.

Damn good stuff! When I run it seems like 4:45 pace but data lies & reports 10:00. Love the slow motion foot strikes. I noticed coach does not rock side to side as much as Parker, is this form or Biomechanics? Any way thank you very much for sharing!

Road Runner_ray Toledo so they did a 1 minute up tempo effort, then 1 minute backing off, 2 min on, 2 min off, 3 min on, 3 off, etc. Start with a smaller ladder, it’s a big boy move to do 51 minutes! But you can work into it for sure. Thanks for watching

That session would only be 50 minutes. How are we getting to 51? Is that 1:01/1:02, and the extra minute is :02 seconds extra for each of the 26 reps?
