Hi Fergal, always great fun to watch all these familiar parts in an extra-ordinary scale :) I think the shaft for the brake needs a bit more play in the bracket as it is following a curved movement of the lever at the bottom ?

hi chris yes that bracket has a bit of play to allow for movement, the parts get a lot bigger and heavier
