I love your videos. Thank you. I’m struggling with an older LT1000 same vintage as the one in this video. Everything is working great except the belt on the deck slips. The spindles all move freely, the deck will engage, but anytime it faces some thick grass it slips, I can smell rubber and the blades slow to a near halt. I’ve tried new belts and they work for a bit , but it seems like it stretched out or something. I feel like I must be missing something simple. Anyway, I feel like an idiot at this point. Thought if I gave some deets you’d probably know exactly what was going on.
