Awesome jobs......I was bar hopping the night of my Stagg this summer in Sydney and not a damn thing has changed since I last lived there in 2007, the floors at the bars are still as sticky as I remember hahaha I used to walk that hill in the Pier to a friends house Fav pots for me would be West Mabou Beach, Orangedale, waterfalls down back of Baddeck or even on the Baddeck water front.....LOVES IT :)

I lived in the Pier as a child and teen. We lived above Pier Taxi, adjacent to Archie Nathanson's. My first real love was the most beautiful young lady, Sharon. It has been 45 years and I still cannot forget her. 💝

The taxi stand was across the street and on the corner of Henry and Victoria Rd. ,not adjacent to Archie's, next to Archie's was the tavern on the corner and a small convenience store on the other , I guess your memory isn that good 😂😂😂

When I lived in Mexico; I loved to share both the Newfie and Cape Breton Accents. Typical Mexican reaction: Newfie Accent: eyes would pop out and jaw would drop with the exclamation, "That's not English".
