I have! I honestly don’t usually being as tho I usually go for a more of a ‘fluff’ than ‘knotty’ thing if that makes sence ! I definitely should have here lol

Too me this is more late 70's punk rather than Traditional Goff. I can see why, as you end up looking like Siouxsie Sioux; but for me Patricia Morrison would have been my started point (although i will admit, there's similarities, I'll shut up now).

Yea I see that,, a lot of the trad goth bands we (goffs) love were heavily inspired by the 70s punk scene and music! You can see that throughout every generation and every kind of music/fashion, ppl always look twords those who’ve paved the path before them for inspo 😊 however with my hair/outfit it swayed more goth than punk for me XD

that's ok! just start wherever you feel comfortable. some days im girly goth, some days im trad, some days im industrial, and its more fun that way. getting to experiment and see which style you enjoy the most. and even then its really fun to continue experimenting so don't feel weird getting started, we all start somewhere! also a lot of goths just leave their hair alone so you really can't go wrong 😊😊

@@toxitheterrible823 I have discovered that I really really really like trad goth. I did a different style everyday and just, trad goth really sticks with me. And I absolutely love the music, and the fashion, and I've gotten too many compliments on the hair. Some people think it's terrible looking or unclean, but most of it has been positive. And it really helps me figure out what I wanna do. Almost stopped because some kids made a comment to me at school. My friend I was walking with said she was sorry about them and I told her it wasn't her fault or nothing and if I was that worried about it I wouldn't be wearing it. I looked pretty cool that day 😎 and my math teacher and school counselor absolutely ADORE it. My math teacher tells me that I should tell her when I'm doing my hair so she can do hers too, she grew up through the 80s, absolutely love her. And the girls who catch me in the bathroom always make the effort to compliment my makeup and outfit, and tell me how cool it is. It's a great motivator, and It helps me get up in the morning, especially since I gotta get up early to do my hair and makeup. Thank you for the comment, it makes me feel better about being new to the scene. And the more I dress this way, the more it feels normal because I feel good wearing it. The only thing I haven't done yet is industrial, I will definitely try that one day. You're so cool, and I look up to you so much :) ♥️💗💖💌💜💟💜💌 I hope you're having a good day.

(To discover something new you love! ) and Even better that a lot of ppl support you☺️ also best baby bat advice I could give is Don’t feel pressured to look supper goth all the time , like literally no one cares or is judging u for ‘not being goth enough’ just like u might feel like there judging for’ being different’ you know ! I just say that Bc in reality no one cares and we’re all doing what makes us happy (hopefully) so I hope for music/fashion/ culture continues inspiring you on your life Journey ,, and thank you sm 🤍🖤

tbh I just butchered my hair trying to give myself a mullet 😂 and like a dummy I made it shorter in the back than in the front. also I have A LOT of hair so even tho I butchered it, it kinda blends together. if u go to a salon ask for somewhere in-between a shag and mullet but not too short of layers!
